I really need to learn how to use liquid eyeliner. Luckily Ruth Marks, sent me a link to this video that shows you how to fake it until you make it. Thank you, The Hairpin! If anyone has any good suggestions for liquid eyeliners to try, let me know in the comments below!
I use L’Oreal Telescopic waterproof in dark brown, but it looks black. Just softer. It does not ever smudge, and the felt tip is easy to use. Jane Marie has another eyeliner video in the series that is more helpful, also I like ones like this:
